Denise Smith

Denise has been with the Mason County Health Department since 2008 and currently serves as the Senior Care Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Human Services emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Denise has extensive experience in elder care, having worked in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and client homes as both a caregiver and case manager. She also spent several years as an Elder Abuse Case Manager, investigating allegations of abuse in a three-county area. In her role at MCHD, Denise is dedicated to promoting public health by ensuring quality care for seniors, helping them remain in their homes with dignity and compassion.
